What they came to us for

The refurbished electronics market was unorganised and Flipkart needed to position 2Gud to the price-sensitive Indian buyer.

What we did

With rapid prototyping and user testing, we designed 2Gud to instill trust in refurbished electronics. In 6 months, 2Gud’s app had more than one million downloads. 

Nurturing 2Gud to product-market fit


  1. We brought the most important product details to the first fold and increased conversion rate from 24% to 32%.

  2. We devised grades for refurbished products and set standards in a previously unorganised market.

  3. We decided to include photos of the actual product and introduced open box delivery to earn users’ trust.
